Acceptance and engagement
Using this website means you accept these website terms. Review work begins only after Host Trackhub issues a written scope and the client accepts it. The scope, fee, timetable and named documents form part of the engagement.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide complete, lawful and correctly versioned documents, identify the authorised bid lead, and make all final commercial and submission decisions. Our review is limited to the agreed materials. We do not promise tender eligibility, responsiveness or award.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Clients retain rights in their tender materials. Host Trackhub retains its review formats and working methods, while granting the client a licence to use the delivered register for that tender. Each party must protect confidential information, subject to law and agreed professional disclosure.
Fees and cancellation
Invoices are payable on the dates stated in the accepted scope. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions appear in our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Host Trackhub is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, tender rejection or award decisions. Aggregate direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement, except where such limitation is prohibited. Clients remain responsible for checking and submitting the final bid.
Website conduct
You may not interfere with the website, misuse forms, introduce harmful material or reproduce site content beyond lawful personal reference. Website guidance is general information, not legal, tax or procurement advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to South African courts with jurisdiction after attempting good-faith resolution.
